Every other week we meet in homes to chat, learn and pray. These are very informal times, with great food and plenty of laughter. It’s a great way to get to know other people and learn a little more about Jesus and the Bible. Get in touch and we will get more details to you.
Meeting every other week, Bible Girls is a chance for women of all ages to get together and chat about the Bible and what it says. This takes place in homes in the local area, but there is also the option to join via Zoom. As with all Haven events, you would be very welcome. Please get in touch for more information.
Cafe Theology gives a chance to discuss and dig deep into some of the topics that we might not get time to cover fully on Sundays. It’s a non-judgemental, open setting, where we can look at what the Bible has to say and what it really means for us and our everyday life. You are free to be part of the discussion or come along, just sit back and listen. There will always be a good supply of Tea, Coffee and snacks throughout the evening!
We don’t need to be static for our hearts to be still, and even in the midst of a full, busy life, we can spend quiet time with God.
Be Still will change the way you think about prayer and devotion and equip you with all the tools you need to deepen your relationship with God. Topics for the 5 sessions include how to read the Bible, prayer and listening. Beginning on Wednesday 5 February at 7.30pm, each evening is made up of a video and time for open discussion.
